Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care / Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Renton, WA. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering the opportunity to provide long-term care to a diverse adult patient population in a collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care services, including preventive care and chronic disease management
• Maintain continuity of care through regular follow-ups and health education
• Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document and manage patient records using EMR systems
• Participate in clinical quality initiatives and team meetings

Requirements:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Washington State medical license
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care
