Join our team as a Physician with Indigo. This is a Float Pool position for our Puget Sound Region Urgent Care Clinics.

Regions:

  • North: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
  • Central: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
  • South: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full Time: 14 shifts/month, schedules created two months in advance with input from the team, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
  • Compensation: Earning potential of $350k+, aligned with Indigo's market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.
  • Schedule: 8 am - 8 pm

Position Summary

Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician for our highly cohesive and innovative team. This float position supports our urgent care clinics. Providers are passionate about modernizing medicine, collaborating, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Expect to work at the top of your license with opportunities to lead and mentor. We foster a supportive, innovative work environment that empowers providers.

The Opportunity
  • Clinics open 7 days a week, 8 am - 8 pm
  • Schedules created two months in advance
  • Locations vary; same-day shift changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and autonomous practice

Requirements
  • Board certified/eligible at time of employment
  • Active Washington license
  • DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting
