** SALARY:** $43,281-$45,930 based on aligned years of experience up to 10 years. Plus up to $10,500 in financial support to enroll in a teacher certification preparation program.

** Work closely with the Lead Teacher to consistently execute core best practices aligned to Impact’s instructional model in a variety of formats (whole group, small group, one on one).
* Independently lead enrichment and small group instruction in support of effective literacy, math, language development skills, and social emotional learning
* Provide coverage as needed for lead teacher or other teaching fellow absences
* Any experience working with youth ages 4-11
* Proven commitment to and experience with serving students of color, students with disabilities, and/or multilingual students
* Must be eligible to obtain certification by OSPI with an endorsement in Elementary Education
* Must have or be eligible to obtain a CPR certification
* Must have or be eligible to obtain a food handler certification
