Pay Range: $20.90–$22.25 per hour (based on education and experience).

Schedule: Monday–Friday split shift. Must be available all five days for one and/or both shifts each day. Before School Shift: 6:30 am–9:00 am (Friday 6:30 am–10:30 am);
After School Shift: 3:00 pm–6:00 pm. Actual schedule will be based on the needs of the programs.

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way.
• Use coursework training and in‑person training to model positive guidance and effective classroom management, maintaining the safety, well‑being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least one year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with varied audiences including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs.
• A love for children.

• Proof of high school diploma/GED required.
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements: FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB clearance, and Food Handlers Card.
• 18 + years of age.
