What You’ll Do- Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to help grow Convergint by promoting our colleague-first culture.
- Manage service delivery for assigned accounts.
- Support the Customer Support Program: scheduling work, tracking costs, contract renewals, invoicing, and bookings.
- Schedule and follow up on monthly maintenance accounts, ensuring timely communication with customers and subcontractors.
- Attend regular meetings to review account status and upcoming maintenance visits.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong focus on customer needs and proactive service approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Basic financial understanding (accounts receivable/payable, purchase and work orders).
- Solid organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:
College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3-5 years in field, dispatch, sales, or administrative roles.
Preferred (not required): 1 year in construction industry.
