A company is looking for an Escrow Officer to provide escrow services for real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle real estate transactions by establishing escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents, and completing settlements
- Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adhering to company policy while monitoring and mitigating risk
- Evaluate and select solutions for atypical problems and communicate complex information effectively
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
- Experience in managing customer service and proactive communication throughout the closing process
- Individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
