2) or Experienced Financial Analyst (Level
3) to join the Finance Analysis Center of Excellence (COE) Indirect team supporting Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S), Corporate Functions or Enterprise Services in Everett
, Renton
, or Seattle, Washington
. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. This role plays a crucial part in guiding business decisions and supporting key operations.
- Collect, compile, manipulate, and document source data to support analysis of resource allocations and forecasts.
- Develop performance reports and integrate variance analyses for senior management.
- Provide financial performance projections and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines, leveraging earned‑value management practices, and communicate trends.
- Support process‐improvement initiatives and act as a finance representative lead in cross‑business/COE engagements.
- Collaborate with IDT&S, Corporate Functions, or Enterprise Services to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations.
- Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and complete peer reviews.

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 1+ years of experience in a business‑related function (Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement, Supplier Management, etc.).
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets).
- 1+ years of experience working with large data sets (advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, and/or Microsoft Power BI).
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience creating executive‑level presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC) and working with financial tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Process‑improvement experience in Value Stream Mapping or similar reviews.
- Experience leading teams or projects.
- Ability to drive functional integration for compliant global operations (international).
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and meeting deliverables.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, both virtual and in person.

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities are offered. Pay ranges:
Associate, Level 2 – $79,050–$106,950;
