Description
An Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and clerical duties to support the department. The position schedules patients, obtains necessary documentation, and coordinates aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. The position performs prior authorizations as necessary. This role promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and values of Providence.

Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months medical office experience.
- 6 months experience in EMR.
