Additional Compensation for Occupational Therapists:
- Recruitment and Retention Stipend – 4% of Base Pay; paid over the duration of regular salary pay, prorated by FTE.
- Certification Stipend for Washington State License – 2% of base pay; prorated by FTE.
- Certification Stipend for National Certification – 5% of base pay; prorated by FTE.
