Registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1979, we are recognized for our commitment to the community, ability to reach and provide services to marginalized groups, and capacity to serve various segments of Washington state’s diverse population. Through the decades, we have developed numerous programs and services to serve the needs of multicultural and multilingual individuals and families in Western Washington.
Thanks to our community partnerships and generous grant funding, we currently provide support and services in senior wellness, in‑home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation.

As you step into your first client’s home, you’re greeted with warm smiles and gratitude. You assist with morning routines, ensure your client starts the day on the right foot, engage in meaningful conversations, share laughs, and provide assistance with daily activities.
Whether it’s helping with personal hygiene, preparing nutritious meals, or simply being a compassionate companion, every moment is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.
- Be 18+ years old
- Have reliable personal transportation
- Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
- High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
This full‑time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part‑time or full‑time based on your preferences. Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
