Description
The Senior Surgical Technologist (ST) in the Ambulatory Surgery Center is responsible for facilitating the surgical procedure through the assembly of instrumentation, equipment and supplies. The Senior Surgical Technologist works as a member of the ambulatory surgery center team under the supervision of a registered nurse, with the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and other medical support personnel to provide patient care in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of Swedish Medical Group.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training:
Certificate of completion of a surgical technician vocational program or documentation of equivalent training. - Upon hire:
Washington Surgical Technologist Registration. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. - 5 years Experience in an operating room.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire:
National certification by the Liaison Council on Certification for Surgical Technologists. - Experience in an ambulatory surgery center operating room.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
