• Active Washington OT license and ESA certification
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong background supporting students with a range of motor function disabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
• Adaptability to respond to changing student needs

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and therapeutic interventions for students with varying motor function abilities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective, individualized strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and fulfillment of student goals
• Provide training and resources to staff and family members as needed
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress, adjusting therapy plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
