Night Guest Attendant – Liv Away Suites, Renton, WA
Hotel Management & Consulting invites you to join our team as a Night Guest Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will work independently during overnight shifts.

Benefits- Hourly rate: $23.50 - $25.50 (dependent on experience)

- Property inspections:
Conduct regular physical inspections throughout the night. - Guest services:
Assist with after‑hours check‑ins and check‑outs; provide excellent customer service. - Laundry duties:
Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area. - Cleaning & maintenance:
Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock supplies; pre‑prep rooms as needed. - Emergency procedures:
Follow emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met. - Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
