On behalf of our client, Procom Services is seeking a Sr. Scrum Manager for a contract opportunity in Renton, WA.

The ideal candidate will act as Scrum Master, managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading sprint planning sessions, and daily stand-ups.

Responsibilities include:

providing input to determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines based on the system development lifecycle; negotiating changes; conducting design and user reviews; monitoring project deliverables for quality; identifying and securing resources; developing communication plans; and leading risk mitigation activities.

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• At least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master in a large organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to start ASAP
• Contract duration: 6 months
