Bilingual Paralegal Community Outreach Fluent In Vietnamese

Seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Paralegal in Renton, WA. We are a diverse personal injury law firm representing plaintiffs. We are on the lookout for a professional and high-functioning individual proficient in Vietnamese with strong communication abilities. Fluency in Vietnamese will be assessed during the selection process. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires a solid work ethic, the ability to work independently, and exceptional communication skills.

• Assist clients in navigating their property damage claims
• Coordinate advertising efforts in Vietnamese media outlets to reach the target audience
• Support attorneys and staff in processing clients' injury claims and lawsuits
• Handle incoming calls and emails from prospective and current clients
• Collect necessary signatures for releases and deliver settlement checks promptly
• Initiate claims with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Ensure the accuracy of the active cases list and referral database
• Serve as an interpreter when required to facilitate effective communication with clients
• Conduct interviews with Potential New Clients (PNC), both in the office and off-site, to assess their legal needs
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and keep them informed about the progress of their cases
• Build and expand our referral base and client base by networking with medical providers and the local community

• Fluency in Vietnamese is a must
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury law
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Own a vehicle and insurance coverage
