This is more than just an “assistant” position, you’re here to make things happen. Working directly with the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track and within budget. You’ll handle everything from kickoff meetings to project closeouts, overseeing crucial elements like documentation, workflow management, and financial oversight. Here’s a look at your core responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project execution plans and reviewing documentation

• Manage change orders, materials, and subcontractors to keep the project on target

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity

• Support budget setup and cost control alongside the Project Manager

• Lead project closeouts, including punch-list management and final billing

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through active contributions

• 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the electrical field, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management software
• Familiarity with electrical products and equipment is a plus
• Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects
