• Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies, sub‑assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell.
• Apply scotch cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and pressure test, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements and established processes and procedures.
• Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, etc. sealing to quality requirements.
• Complete required data gathering transactions to facilitate all sealer progression.
• Perform any and all required pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing or check during or after final seal and/or seal progression.
• Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments.
• Report and/or investigate job handicaps such as errors, assembly procedures, tools, sequences, etc.
• Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training, coaching and assisting employees of all classification levels.
• Document any discrepancies according to specification, process, and procedure.
• Temporarily attach parts and/or assemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking.
• Integral Fuel Cell Sealing – apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components.
• Additionally, the employee must have the skill and knowledge to perform one or more of the following:
  Sealer – Major Assembly / Large structure sealing / Aerodynamic seal.

• Must be eligible for rehire at BOEING.
• Require 5+ years of sealer experience in the aerospace industry (other industries not considered).
• Position subject to ITAR regulations; candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFT.
• Training will take place in Wichita, KS – offering hotel reimbursement for training only while in Wichita.
• $119 weekly per diem.
• 3‑month contract.
