Are you a strategic thinker with a creative edge and proven experience leading high‑performing marketing teams? Our fast‑growing company is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our multi‑brand marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll manage a talented team of creatives, including Graphic Designers, Copywriter, Videographer, Editors, Content Marketing Manager, Creative Director, and eCommerce Manager to drive performance across all marketing channels and across both of our companies.

IN‑OFFICE ONLY - Renton, WA - This is a hands‑on leadership role

– our B2B pre‑roll packaging business focused on science, education, and data‑driven marketing. Day Savers – our consumer‑facing lifestyle brand emphasizing entertainment, community, and culture in the cannabis space.

We’re looking for a versatile, organized, and visionary leader who can balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution. While you will be managing a team, we are looking for the type of Marketing Manager that is hands on with writing, content creation, and social media marketing. You’ll be helping with SEO research, leading into content planning, and then helping create world‑class blogs, videos, social media campaigns, as well as ensuring our websites are polished and optimized.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full‑funnel marketing strategy for both Custom Cones USA and Day Savers, balancing B2B lead generation with DTC audience growth.
  • Set quarterly goals, campaigns, and content plans across email, SEO, social media, PR, tradeshow/events, and paid marketing.
  • Translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives and delegate effectively to our team.
  • Analyze marketing KPIs and adjust strategies to drive measurable growth and ROI.
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of marketers and creatives – ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment across all projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to coordinate new product launches, sales and marketing campaigns, and tradeshow/events.
  • Provide strategic and creative direction while empowering team members to take ownership and initiative.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and evolve distinct brand voices and visuals for Custom Cones USA (educational, expert) and Day Savers (fun, cultural, community‑driven).
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of content strategies that support SEO, social media, influencer partnerships, and thought leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

Strategic & Creative Leader:
You understand both the art and science of marketing. You can build a campaign plan, brief a designer, execute email marketing, and lead social media as needed.

B2B and Consumer

Experience:

You can confidently balance both sides of our business – the B2B pre‑roll packaging and supply side, as well as our consumer lifestyle brands.

Collaborative and Hands‑On Leader:
You know how to get the best work out of a team and enjoy building processes that empower others, while leading by example – creating world‑class marketing and creative assets.

Analytical and Goal‑Oriented:
You set clear objectives, track results, and iterate based on data – not guesswork.

Industry‑Savvy:
You understand the cannabis landscape, industry trends, and what resonates in this unique space.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading a multi‑disciplinary marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, email marketing, SEO, and brand development.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in the cannabis industry, B2B marketing, or managing both consumer and enterprise brands.
