Registered Nurse (RN) — Cedar River Healthcare Center

Pay: $51.00 - $57.50 per hour

• Lead and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities during your shift
• Provide hands‑on resident care, assessments, and medication administration
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Guide and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, consistent, high‑quality care
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes
• Complete clear, timely clinical documentation and incident reports
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement efforts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment

• Active RN license in good standing in the state
• CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Comfortable using electronic charting systems (PCC experience a plus)
