Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the research roadmap aligned with product priorities and market position
- Produce original research on topics such as tokenized securities and regulatory landscapes
- Represent the company at industry events and author publications to reinforce its market position
- 10+ years of experience in financial research, economic policy, or digital assets
- Deep understanding of tokenization and blockchain-based financial systems
- Proven record of publishing influential research for institutional audiences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high autonomy
