Job Overview
Hyatt Regency seeks an intermediate line cook adept at communication and culinary technique. The cook will operate a single kitchen station, work in a fast‑paced environment, and require significant supervision and training. The engagement is temporary, ending March 2026, but the end date may change.
Wage Information
Hourly salary range: $22.00–$28.60. The starting rate is $22.00.
Qualifications
• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
• Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
• Able to work a single station in the kitchen
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Possess a food handler’s card
