Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 per year

Bonus Eligible: 20% Bonus

Location: Pacific Northwest (specific sites not listed)

As a District Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for multiple corporate dining accounts, leading a team of associates and ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.

• Support multiple corporate dining accounts
• Teach, train, and mentor chefs
• Drive innovation across all accounts
• Help chefs manage cost controls and control expenditures
• Teach chefs how to plan and create all menus
• Show chefs in the region how to purchase and manage inventory
• Advance the skill level of chefs in the region
• Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with company marketing and culinary team
• Develop and communicate strategies to improve customer experience
• Provide training programs to ensure consistent, high‑quality food

• Culinary degree preferred
• Minimum five years of culinary management experience required
• At least two years of multi‑site culinary management experience required
• High‑volume production and catering experience essential
• Previous experience managing cost controls
• Desire to learn and grow with a top‑notch food service company
