Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate

. We are looking for passionate, competitive, and friendly people to join our retail teams. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand and guide customers through the phone and accessory buying process.

Compensation: more than $20.00 per hour including base pay and commissions earned on all personal sales. Full‑time employees receive additional benefits such as a 401(k), dental and vision insurance, and an employee assistance program.

Day‑to‑Day Activities
  • Approach every customer with the goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
  • Exceed monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customer accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and brand promotion inside and outside the store.
  • Work as a team player in a group environment, being open‑minded, learning new things, and treating customers and co‑workers with respect.
  • Assist store management in opening and closing, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidence by using all tools provided to improve product knowledge and phone features.
  • Show complete integrity, reliability, punctuality, and help maintain a clean, organized store.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunications industry.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident, and a winning attitude.
  • Ability to multi‑task and collaborate with teammates.
  • Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly.
  • Good decision‑making skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Be coachable and willing to coach others.
  • Bilingual is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and be willing and able to undergo a background check.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends.
