Security Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations at a high-profile client site. Reporting to the Alliance Account Manager, this role serves as the primary liaison between the client, on-site staff, and Alliance departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and contractual compliance.

Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00

Required Certification: NYS Security Guard License. This is a Full-Time position

• Manage daily site security operations and personnel
• Maintain strong client relationships and address service concerns
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management
• Ensure completion of incident reports, DARs, and other required documentation
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security procedures
• Manage site inventories, equipment, badges, and supplies
• Coordinate contractor and vendor access
• Verify timesheets, staffing records, and billing documentation
• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues

• Experience:
  
  3-10 year
• Previous security management, hospitality, or related leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with incident reporting, access control, and CCTV systems preferred
