A Day in the Life

As part of our Field Services Technician team, you ll provide expert-level installation and service of cutting-edge technology. You will maximize earning potential by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering what they have been looking for – peace of mind.

In the state of Washington, the required license is an EL06.

Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills;
Sales experience (car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call center) is a plus;
Field technician experience (cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar) is a plus;
Clean driving record and valid license;
Ability to thrive in a team environment as well as independently.

Minimal Requirements

• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the city
• Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening, in compliance with applicable laws

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and other limited-space areas
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Safety

Safety culture is strong; technicians will conduct a safety analysis of every home to assure a safe workplace for the technician and the customers.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31.71 in our lowest geographic market up to $43.51 in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
