Warehoused Associate

We are seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate for a temp-to-hire warehouse opportunity in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse professional with strong shipping, receiving, inventory, and carrier coordination experience.

• Receive incoming deliveries, verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders for shipment using accurate shipping documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with UPS, Fed Ex, LTL, and other freight carriers.
• Enter shipping and receiving information into inventory, warehouse management, or ERP systems.
• Load, unload, move, label, and organize materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, warehouse organization, and ongoing inventory accuracy.

• Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.

• Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and carrier coordination.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry, cycle counts, and organized warehouse processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of shipping and receiving experience required.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of packing slips, bills of lading, purchase orders, shipping labels, and receiving procedures.
• Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and accurate data entry.
• Ability to operate or work around forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable work history with strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk throughout the shift.

• Forklift experience or forklift certification.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory control, and warehouse audits.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, construction products, or industrial environments.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
