Daily Operations:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a clean, friendly atmosphere
• Schedule and supervise liquor associates, follow merchandising plans, control shrink, price and date products, complete inventory, and rotate stock
• Implement cleaning schedules for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers

Company Standards:

• Maintain a well-trained staff and effective communication with other departments
• Adhere to all guidelines regarding product shelf life
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies, and legal regulations, including s
• Follow proper cash handling procedures to minimize cash discrepancies
• Observe dress code and wear name tags as per company policy

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs occasionally and exert force of 25-60 lbs frequently
• Must have dexterity in both hands and be able to stand and move at various workstations
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items; use of knives and sharp tools required
• Work involves standing on slippery floors and performing physically demanding tasks
