Senior Tax Manager

We are partnering with a well-established public accounting firm seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional seeking broader exposure, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path toward leadership.

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, including individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, gifts, and non‑profit organizations.
• Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic tax guidance and solutions
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff in a collaborative team environment
• Conduct detailed research to address complex tax issues
• Support business development by identifying opportunities to grow client relationships
• Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and emerging trends to ensure best‑in‑class service

• Master’s in Taxation, MPA, or BS in Accounting
• CPA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience, with strong emphasis on estate, trust & gift tax
• Deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consulting across various client types
• Proven leadership ability and strength in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with tax software such as CCH Engagement or Axcess Tax is a plus
