Job Responsibilities
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring payments are accurate and made on time.
  • Maintain well-organized and current accounts payable records in line with accounting principles.
  • Monitor and manage the accounts payable email inbox, responding to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Confirm details of work orders and follow up to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and project managers to address billing disputes and reconcile account differences.
  • Assist with department-specific projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • BS preferred in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with job costing and a background in construction is a plus, but not required.
