Job Title:Receptionist

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a polished and organized Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous service while performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
  • Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide general information to clients and visitors
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Assist other departments with clerical support when required
  • Follow security procedures for guests and maintain visitor logs

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of front desk experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
