Technologies is actively seeking candidates to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Science and Technology division, with a focus on full-spectrum administrative operations.
- Assist the Intelligence Community Office of Security Special Security Officer in meeting office security requirements
- Review, coordinate, and track internal and external staff clearance and nomination packages
- Prepare staff summary sheets, memoranda of agreement, and official memos
- Update and develop office-level standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Facilitate Defense Travel System (DTS) travel for government personnel
- Maintain the e-Task management system
- Coordinate the reporting in/out process for new government staff and contractor personnel
- Develop and distribute the office personnel status report (PERSTAT)
- Schedule conference rooms and appointments; support senior leadership calendar management
- Coordinate office supply orders
- Serve as the vehicle coordinator, including maintenance of logbooks, development and distribution of required vehicle reports, and other duties as directed by the logistics coordinator
- Maintain internal files and records management
- Catalog, file, and track Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and storyboards
- Collect and submit Special Access Required (SAR) and Warfighter Analysis Team (WAT) documentation
- Disseminate pertinent information to the Community of Interest (COI)
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge and understanding of Department of Defense processes and terminology
Required Security Clearance: Top Secret / SCI with CI Polygraph
Education: High School Diploma
Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000
Location: Reston, VA 20191
