DecisionPoint seeks a Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator (Junior) to provide operational and coordination support for stakeholder affairs activities supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) initiatives under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by ensuring continuity, timeliness, and consistency across stakeholder engagement activities and reporting cycles.
The Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator maintains stakeholder contact repositories, tracks engagement schedules, supports documentation of consultations and feedback, and assists with collaborative document development. This position plays a key role in supporting organized, well‑documented, and responsive stakeholder engagement operations.

OverviewDecisionPoint seeks a Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator (Junior) to provide operational and coordination support for stakeholder affairs activities supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) initiatives under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by ensuring continuity, timeliness, and consistency across stakeholder engagement activities and reporting cycles.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Stakeholder Affairs Coordinator (Junior) will:
- Provide coordination and operational support for stakeholder affairs and engagement activities.
- Maintain and update stakeholder contact repositories, distribution lists, and engagement trackers.
- Track stakeholder engagement schedules, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Support documentation of stakeholder consultations, meetings, and feedback.
- Assist with development and maintenance of stakeholder engagement records and artifacts.
- Support collaborative document development for engagement plans, summaries, and reports.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and timely updates across engagement materials.
- Assist with preparation of engagement schedules, calendars, and status updates.
- Support reporting cycles by compiling engagement data and documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and forums.
- Support continuous improvement of stakeholder affairs workflows, templates, and tracking tools.
Clearance Requirement
Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust from any federal agency.
Education (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Administration, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
Experience (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting stakeholder affairs, communications, outreach, or administrative coordination activities.
- Experience maintaining contact databases, schedules, or documentation repositories.
- Experience supporting federal or public‑sector programs preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Required:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms, shared document repositories, and tracking tools.
- Understanding of basic stakeholder coordination and documentation workflows.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement or outreach programs.
- Familiarity with reporting cycles or governance documentation.
- Exposure to Agile or iterative program environments.
