Litigation Associate - Computer Hardware & Software Reston

REQUIREMENTS

• Successful candidates must have solid experience in patent litigation involving computer hardware and/or software, as well as inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
• Bachelor e2 9s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required.
• Exceptional writing skills are a must.
• USPTO registration number preferred.
• Candidates must be eligible for bar admission by waiver or willing to sit for the state bar exam.
• Must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
