Construction Project Manager; Ground-up Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction and proven proficiency with Procore project management software. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of commercial and/or industrial construction projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects
  , including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.
• Review and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.
• Identify potential risks or issues early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and local building codes.
• Lead progress meetings with internal teams and clients to report status, milestones, and budget updates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and repeat business.
