Project Manager (Construction)

• Manage and complete 3-6 projects per month according to the set project timeline.
• Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors.
• Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs and streamline the construction process.
• Manage project timeline, respond to all inspections.
• Deliver equipment to job sites if needed.
• Conduct final inspections of homes to ensure all work was completed properly and take detailed photos of the property.

• You have 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations or insurance restoration.
• You have excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
