Salary range: $100,000 to $135,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large‑scale Healthcare and Tennant Service Project
. You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of electrical construction, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to define project scope and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project‑specific safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate field operations, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and review change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex builds such as Mission Critical, Healthcare, Aviation, Life Science, Semiconductor or Advanced Manufacturing
• Previous experience leading projects for an Electrical Contractor or General Contractor
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
