Be the first friendly face to greet guests in the brand‑new JW Marriott in Virginia. This 28‑story landmark offers 247 rooms and a 35,000 sq ft meeting space with lush skylights. Located along the Silver Line Metro, it provides easy access to the DMV region.

• Open doors and greet residents with a courteous smile.
• Assist residents with luggage up to 75 lbs, writing claim check numbers and rooming lists.
• Maintain open communication lines throughout all shifts.
• Act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, monitoring and controlling building access.
• Provide general information to residents and visitors.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Proficient in English communication.
• Self‑starting personality with a calm disposition.
• Professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Willing to help co‑workers and collaborate on duties.
• Knowledge of hotel service, local events and activities.
• Valid driver’s record for vans, limousines and automobiles.
• Manual dexterity to lift and move packages, boxes and luggage up to 75 lbs.
• Physical stamina: stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform continuous essential functions.
