Role Overview
Designsilliance and develops engaging learning products (eLearning, instructor‑led training, כאבות, simulations, etc.) using adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies. Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities- 25% Creates visually appealing content using graphic and video tools
- 20% Conducts needs/task/content/instructional analysis
- 15% Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- 15% Manages end‑to‑end design and development lifecycle
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Instructional Design, Communication, Technology, or related field - In lieu of degree: 4 additional years of relevant experience
- Experience:
5+ years in instructional design or training - Preferred:
Master’s in Instructional Design; experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of web/multimedia/mobile learning technologies
- Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- E‑Learning Instructional Design Certification (Required upon hire)
