We are looking for an experienced, high‑energy HVAC Designer to join our Building Mechanical team and help deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for our heavy industrial clients. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team performing field investigations, interfacing with clients and vendors, sizing and selecting equipment, and preparing construction design packages.

• Layout and design of HVAC systems.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents, including calculations, AFDs, P&IDs, and general arrangements.
• Develop final construction documents for chilled water, cooling water, etc.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.

• At least ten (10) years of experience designing HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC system design.
• Ability to work within a fast‑paced team environment and meet multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely.

• Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Experience designing plumbing/utility systems.
