We’re looking for a seasoned estimation professional with extensive experience in industrial projects, especially Data Centers. You will lead the estimating effort, develop strategies, mentor junior staff, and ensure accurate cost forecasts.

• Develop and execute estimation strategy for Data Center projects, supporting overall proposal strategy.
• Coordinate with project teams to define deliverables and ensure accurate estimates.
• Review RFPs and contracts to identify risks and provide mitigation insights.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced estimators.

• Minimum of 10 years progressive estimating experience in industrial or construction projects.
• Strong background in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines for Data Centers.
• Proficiency with estimating software (Cost-OS, Sage Estimating, Timberline).
• Deep understanding of estimating processes: quantity takeoff, crew productivity, material quotations, contingency, markup structures, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in EV/Batteries or Specialty Chemicals markets.
• Quantitative risk analysis skills (e.g., @Risk, Monte Carlo).
• Experience with Aspen CCE or similar parametric tools.
• Active membership in AACE, PMI, or similar professional association.
