• Oversee and coordinate engineering activities within shipyard projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain compliance with maritime standards and safety regulations.
• Liaise with shipyard teams, contractors, and stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Review and prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports for project milestones.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to specifications and performance requirements.

• Proven experience in shipyard or maritime project environments, with strong understanding of vessel systems and construction processes.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Demonstrable influencing skills.
