- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with power converter design including AC/DC, DC/DC, or DC/AC converter design.
- 5 years of experience with direct current power distribution design, in areas of steady state and dynamic scenarios, protection measures.
- Master's degree or PhD in Power Electronics, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in power converter design including DC/DC converters, AC/DC rectifiers, UPS, etc.
- Experience in data center power system design, including microgrids.
- Experience with design or validation involving power budgeting/sizing for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
- Understanding of power electronics fundamentals and various power conversion designs for data center power delivery and power converter modeling and simulation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional project teams, attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $171,000‑$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities- Innovate and design data center power conversion specifications and solutions; analyze performance, cost, reliability, and availability trade‑offs.
- Lead projects that involve new power systems and power electronics technologies or new uses of multiple existing technologies.
- Manage the power systems and power electronics, accelerate the pivot toward Low Voltage Direct Current (LVDC) systems for future data center designs.
- Partner with power industry leaders to evaluate and adopt the most compelling technologies.
- Engage cross‑functionally to ensure successful roll‑out, testing, and complete validation; provide technical leadership and direction while troubleshooting system‑level power delivery issues.
