Due to recent growth, our client-focused firm seeks to hire a full-time Senior Project Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving business development for Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigation services, overseeing field inspections, reporting, conducting technical inspections, interviewing and recommending new hires and contractors, and utilizing Salesforce for proposals, client follow-up, and team collaboration for Red Tape Due Diligence services.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional client service and actively network with decision-makers in development, banking, and AEC industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead EC Division's Due Diligence practice by identifying new business opportunities for Phase 1 and 2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigations.
- Coordinate and oversee field inspections and reporting for Phase 1 & 2 ESAs, PCAs, and subsurface investigations.
- Perform technical inspections as needed.
- Interview and recommend new hires and contractors as workload increases.
- Learn Salesforce sufficiently to prepare and submit proposals.
- Follow up with potential clients to review scopes and gather feedback to secure business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for Red Tape Due Diligence services.
- Provide high-level client service to differentiate from competitors.
- Network actively with decision-makers in development, banking, and AEC industries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of environmental consulting or PCA experience
- Experience with Phase 1 & 2 ESAs, subsurface investigations; PE or EIT preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Physical ability to walk active job sites efficiently
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk active job sites, stand, bend, reach, kneel, squat, and sit for extended periods
- Comfort working in confined spaces after proper training and certification
- Ability to access and inspect underground stormwater structures, including climbing ladders
