Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $80.00/hr
NEED PIPE STRESS ENGINEERS
HYBRID Work Schedule
- Includes the modeling of the piping systems using Bentley Auto Pipe to verify piping flexibility, stability and qualification of equipment nozzle loads.
- Stress review of isometrics based on span tables
- Checking of work done by others
- Work closely with layout personnel and pipe support engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required.
- May include certain lead responsibilities
- AA/AS or Certificate in Engineering/CAD with 7-8 years of experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check which includes verification of employment and education.
- Knowledgeable of ASME B31.3 and/or B31.1 other relevant industry piping codes and standards
- Prior experience using a computer pipe stress analysis program (Auto Pipe)
