You will receive the required data to prepare financial statements. You will also prepare and review the financial statements.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

• Manage a team and deadline and be effective in a production‑driven environment while maintaining 100% accuracy
• Train the team to ensure quality services to clients
• Define the timeline of financial statements onshore
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Clients, Auditors, and Director.
• New hiring, process training for new staff, people issues, performance management, KPIs etc.
• Develop document and institute procedures to make the FR process more efficient and standardized, saving time and money

You will also require the following:

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Reporting
• Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Funds
• Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Adaptability in MS Excel and MS Word.
