The candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience of working with CLOs, CDOs, Credit Funds and the different types of Loans. They will be driven and motivated to achieve excellence through hard work, good organisation skills, excellent communication and attention to detail.

• Analytics:
  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including
• Client onboarding with respect to Loan Admin application
• Requirements gathering for new and existing clients
• Liaising with development team to get the requirements developed
• UAT testing of the developed requirements
• Coordinating with IT, Operations and Vendor for version upgrades of Loan Admin application
• Supporting operations team on issues, automation, queries and requests as subject matter expert on Loan Admin platform
• Preparing documentation for the various automated processes, requirements etc.,
• Other duties assigned by Management
• Supervise, mentor and develop a team, fostering positive and collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and provide insight into open items.

• Other Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administration duties and tasks including
  • Preparing & review procedural documents
  • Preparing daily/Monthly KPI / MIS reporting pack
  • Support in Business enhancements and development
  • Raising areas where operational efficiency can be improved
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, or a relevant qualification
• Candidate should have 10+ years’ relevant experience working in Loan Services
• Knowledge of Credit funds/ Loan Syndication/CLO, Reconciliation will be added advantage
• Understanding or knowledge of various security types – Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, Bi-Lateral Loans,
• Understanding of Loan trade lifecycle
• Working knowledge of Solvas would be an added advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of securities and other financial instruments Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Solvas preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
