Program Finance Analyst

Job Description

Parsons is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Finance Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools.
• Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and economic developments to inform financial strategies.

• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional project travel may be required.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus but not required.

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $
