This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located at the Guidance Residential headquarters in Reston, VA. The COO will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and goals. Responsibilities include managing cross‑departmental collaboration, developing operational policies, leading efficiency improvements, and supporting growth strategies. The COO will work closely with executives, ensuring resource optimization and organizational excellence.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to manage large teams and foster collaboration.
- Extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, and improving business efficiency.
- Financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry or executive management, preferably with knowledge of Shariah‑compliant financial products.
- Results‑oriented mindset and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
