As an Infrastructure Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you’ll be a key part of our team, providing direct support to the Infrastructure CFO by helping us plan, forecast, and analyse the financial results of our GBU. You’ll work closely with talented colleagues from diverse departments supporting decisions that shape our business.

This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership #LI-ML1
- Creating and updating forecasts for the Infrastructure GBU, which includes all projects and prospects in Public Infrastructure, Heavy Civil, and Renewables & Clean Power.
- Analysing financial data to spot trends and opportunities and flagging up any risks you identify.
- Putting together clear, engaging reports and presenting them to our Infrastructure leadership team.
- Collaborating with projects, functions, and other teams across the business to gather information and understand what drives our finances.
- Helping with financial scenario modelling.
- Looking for ways to improve our financial models and processes and making sure all our data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Relevant University degree (or international equivalent) and relevant experience for similar scopes/scales of work, or in lieu of degree additional demonstrated experience.
Skills:
- A knack for data analysis, some experience of Bechtel financial data would be beneficial.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good communication skills – you enjoy explaining complex ideas in a way everyone can understand.
- Enjoy working both on your own and as part of a supportive team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
