Program Manager – Reston, VA

Cyntel Technologies is in search of a Program Manager to support one of our PRIME contracts based out of Reston, VA.

Clearance – TS/SCI w/ CI Poly or willingness to sit for a CI Poly

• Coordinate activities between multiple Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME) projects without directly managing them.
• Engage and coordinate with the Foreign Materiel Program enterprise, including foreign partners, combatant commands, and military service intelligence centers.
• Provide daily mission management and operational coordination of assigned FME projects.
• Support JFMPO mission and objectives reinforcing all performance objectives. These activities ensure clear, concise communication with enterprise members.
• Create an annual calendar of team milestones and timelines.
• Write or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and After-Action Reports (AAR).
• Participate in meetings and working groups to discuss current and future projects of the Foreign Materiel community.
• Brief senior leadership and/or team leads of program updates, project status, and courses of actions.
• Collaborate with all members of the global foreign material enterprise on foreign material acquisition and exploitation projects.
• Follow-up on all correspondence from external and internal customers requiring review, approval and /or response.
• Database entries for the program as required into the database of record.
• Assist the Government in coordinating activities, travel, and availability of personnel.

• Experience with Operational planning and operational support.
• Experience coordinating amongst international partners, Combatant Commands and Military Service Intelligence Centers and managing stakeholder communications and data.
• Experience briefing senior leaders on program updates, project status and courses of action.

• Experience providing OCONUS logistical support/expeditionary logistics or FME Program enterprise experience.

• OCONUS travel – Europe, Israel, China, South Korea, Japan and Australia (example).
• CONUS Travel, Charlottesville VA, Colorado Springs CO, Huntsville, AL.
• Travel duration is usually 2 weeks.
